Noali does not replace psychologists, psychiatrists, sober companions, case managers, interventionists or support groups: Noali is the link between teams, appointments, groups and families.
For the person in recovery

After rehab, every day counts

Deciding to stop drinking is one thing. Staying stopped is daily work. Noali is an addiction recovery app that builds your plan with you and stays there when everyone else is asleep.

What you get in Noali

A plan built with you, not for you

The first weeks after rehab, or after deciding to stop on your own, are when you most need structure and have the least energy to build it. Noali starts with a few questions, then offers a four-week programme you adjust yourself: appointments, groups, risky moments, the things that help you.

Then, every day, Noali suggests a short practice, tracks your mood if you want it to, and reminds you of what you decided when a craving shows up.

A personalised programme

Four weeks to start, then a weekly plan that follows your appointments, groups and risky moments. You can change everything, any time.

More than 90 CBT, DBT, ACT and IPSRT exercises

Short practices drawn from behavioural therapies: urge surfing, defusion, values, the wheel of life, emotion regulation, sleep rhythms.

A crisis plan written before the storm

Your warning signs, the people to call, the things that work. Shared with whoever you choose, and only with them.

A companion that answers, day and night

By text or by voice, Noali knows your plan and your commitments. It does not judge, it replaces no one, it helps you get through the moment.

Your journal, your mood, your days

A day counter if you want one, a mood check-in each evening, a weekly review. Nothing is compulsory.

Your family and your professionals, in one place

You can open part of your plan to a family member (Noali Family & Friends) or to your sober companion, clinic or coach. You decide what, and you can close it whenever you want.

What Noali does not do
  • Noali does not replace medical detox, a psychiatrist, a psychologist or a support group. Alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous: it is done with a doctor.
  • Noali does not prescribe, diagnose, or monitor you without your knowledge.
  • In an emergency, call your country’s emergency services (see the Noali in the UK page).

Quit drinking on your own, without being alone

Many people stop without going through rehab. The risk is isolation: nobody knows, nobody asks. Noali gives you a daily structure, a place to write what you feel, and a companion that remembers what you said yesterday. If you later want to open the door to a family member or a professional, it is ready.

If you have been drinking every day for a long time, talk to a doctor before stopping abruptly: physical withdrawal needs preparing.

What happens in the first four weeks

Week 1: you set your plan and your wheel of life, and choose your first practices. Week 2: you write your crisis plan and spot your risky moments. Week 3: you work on cravings with CBT and ACT exercises. Week 4: you review, keep what works, and Noali builds what comes next with you.

Frequently asked questions

Is Noali free?

Yes, there is a free plan with no time limit. The Discovery, Essential and Premium plans add the co-built programme, the voice companion, nutrition and more exercises. Prices are on the Pricing page.

Does it work for addictions other than alcohol?

Yes. The programme, crisis plan and exercises adapt to cannabis, cocaine, medication and gambling. There is a dedicated page for cannabis.

Who sees what I write?

You. Your data is hosted in Europe and protected. A family member or professional only sees what you chose to share, and you can close that sharing at any time.

Do I need to install an app?

Noali runs in the browser and installs on your phone’s home screen in two taps, without an app store.

What if I relapse?

A relapse does not erase the road travelled. Your crisis plan exists for that exact moment, and Noali helps you pick up the next day, without resetting your counter unless you want to.
