Noali does not replace psychologists, psychiatrists, sober companions, case managers, interventionists or support groups: Noali is the link between teams, appointments, groups and families.
Safety and trust

What Noali is not

Noali is a support and wellbeing programme. It is not a medical device, not treatment, not an emergency line. This page says clearly where Noali stops, who to call when things are bad, and what happens to your data.

In an emergency

Who to call, right now

If you are in danger, if you are thinking of harming yourself, or if someone near you is in danger, do not use Noali: call.

Anywhere in Europe

112: free, 24/7, in every European Union country, and also in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Elsewhere, call the local emergency number. Detailed numbers by country are below.

Inside Noali

The Emergency button is reachable from every screen and in every plan, including the free one. It shows your country’s numbers and your crisis plan.

What Noali does not do
  • Noali does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and does not replace a doctor, a psychiatrist, a psychologist, medical detox or a support group.
  • The Noali companion is an artificial intelligence: it can be wrong. It is set to send you to emergency services and to the humans in your plan when the situation calls for it.
  • Noali does not alert anyone without your knowledge: not your family, not your clinic, not the authorities. Sharing only happens on your decision.

The clinical framework

The exercises come from validated, documented approaches: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal and social rhythm therapy (IPSRT), and the CRAFT method for families. They are presented as wellbeing practices, not as treatment. Content is reviewed by a certified recovery coach, and Noali works with clinics and professionals who use the tool with their patients.

Noali is designed to work with your care team, never instead of it: the crisis plan, reports and sharing exist to strengthen that link.

Your data

Your data is hosted in the European Union and processed under the GDPR. The data controller is Reb BROCHET NOALI, a French sole proprietorship (SIREN 380 941 807). You can export all your data and delete your account in one click, in every plan.

What you write in your journal, your crisis plan, the memory of your conversations with Noali and your documents is end-to-end encrypted, right on your device: even the Noali team cannot read it. So that Noali can answer you, what you say passes, for the time of the answer, through an AI service under contract, which does not use it for training.

A family member or professional only sees what you chose to open, and you can close that sharing at any time. Noali does not sell data and shows no advertising. Usage statistics help improve the programme; you can opt out in your profile.

Details are in the privacy policy. Any question: reb.brochet@noali.com.
