Noali does not replace psychologists, psychiatrists, sober companions, case managers, interventionists or support groups: Noali is the link between teams, appointments, groups and families.
Noali in the UK and Ireland

Noali in the United Kingdom and Ireland

Noali is a French app, built in Paris, and its English version is made for the UK and Irish recovery landscape: rehab, aftercare, NHS services, sober companions, mutual-aid groups. Here is what matters when you use it here.

The UK landscape

Where Noali fits in the recovery pathway

In the UK, the pathway often runs through the GP, community drug and alcohol services, private or NHS rehab, then aftercare, with mutual-aid groups (AA, NA, SMART Recovery) alongside. Sober companions and sober coaches are well established, especially around private rehab. Noali arrives at the end of each of these steps: the plan the person takes with them, the link with the team that stays, families in their place. It replaces none of these services and works alongside them.

Clinics and rehab centres can use Noali Pro with their patients; sober companion agencies and independent sober coaches find a working tool and a directory.

Data and legal framework

Noali is published by Reb BROCHET NOALI, a French sole proprietorship; data is hosted in the European Union under the GDPR, which the UK GDPR mirrors. Noali is not a medical device and does not provide telemedicine.

Language and prices

The app, the companion and the exercises are in English. Prices are set in euros and converted by your bank; see the Pricing page.

What Noali does not do
  • Noali does not replace NHS services, your GP or rehab: it extends what they started.
  • Noali is not funded by the NHS or the HSE.

Working with UK sober companions

The UK has one of the most developed sober companion sectors in Europe, often working with private rehab and with clients travelling abroad. Noali Pro gives agencies and independent companions a shared crisis plan, field reports, documents and messaging, and gives their clients a companion between visits. See the Sober companion and Agencies pages, and the directory to be listed.
